Cancellation Policy

Prepayment of the invoice is required for all bookings. Listed prices do not include HST/PST. Refunds and changes to bookings are determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or change to your booking, please email bookings@theatreprospero.ca. Changes are subject to artist availability and not guaranteed by Theatre Prospero Association. Cancellations more than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date of your booking will be refunded 95% of the payment (5% is withheld by Theatre Prospero Association to offset payment processing and other fees incurred). Cancellations less than or seven (7) days prior to the date of your booking will be refunded 50% of the payment. In-person workshop bookings made within the Greater Toronto Area (outside of Brampton, Mississauga, and Oakville) are subject to a transportation fee of $20. Transportation fees will be included on the invoice.
