Cancellation Policy

Prepayment of the invoice is required for all bookings. Listed prices do not include GST. An invoice will be generated and sent to the Accounts Payable email by the end of September 2026. Refunds and changes to bookings are determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or change to your booking, please email bookings@theatreprospero.ca. Changes are subject to artist availability and not guaranteed by Theatre Prospero Association. Cancellations less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the date of your booking will be refunded 50% of the payment. Bookings made outside of Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park are subject to a travel fee of $1.30 per kilometre of travel from the artists' accommodation to the school (plus applicable GST), as well as any food related expenses (up to $240 per full day) and accommodations required for overnight travel. These fees will be calculated once the final schedule is finalized in October 2026 and invoiced separately.
