Cancellation Policy

Prepayment of the invoice is required for all bookings. Listed prices do not include GST. An invoice will be generated and sent to the Accounts Payable email within five (5) business days of a booking request being received. Refunds and changes to bookings are determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or change to your booking, please email bookings@theatreprospero.ca. Changes are subject to artist availability and not guaranteed by Theatre Prospero Association. Cancellations less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the date of your booking will be refunded 50% of the payment. Bookings made within the Edmonton Metropolitan Region (outside of Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park) are subject to a mileage fee of $1.30 per kilometre of travel from the artist's residence to the school. Mileage fees will be calculated after booking and invoiced separately.
