Document CategoriesDownload the documents below at least three weeks before the company is due to arrive at your school. Your students will need to have these materials as early as possible, so they can start to prepare for their part. The more familiar with who their character is, and what they are saying, the better prepared they will be to perform without their script and in front of an audience. Documents can be read directly from the website as PDFs in your browser, or downloaded directly by left-clicking on each document link. If you do not have a copy of a PDF reader, we reccomend Adobe Acrobat. Please select the production you have booked, and thoroughly familiarize yourself with the requirements your school, your students, and your teachers must fulfill so that we can give your students the best experience possible. It is important that teachers know what it is that they will be doing and how they will be working with our company - this is not simply a matter of booking a touring play. Your students will be participating in the show as actors, and the more prepared you are for what the big day will be like, the more rewarding the experience will be for your students. If you have booked a production occurring in more than one season, please be sure that you are reading the documentation that has the correct dates next to it - and if you have any questions or concerns about any of these documents, feel free to contact us. Documents for the 2009/2010 tour of A Midsummer Night's Dream: script documents, groundplan, teaching guide, etc. Documents for the 2008/2009 tour of Romeo and Juliet: script documents, groundplan, teaching guide, etc. Documents for the 2008/2009 tour of Much Ado About Nothing: script documents, groundplan, teaching guide, etc. Documents for grant; deadline is always April 1st.The Grant Assistance Package is essential if you are to complete the AFA's grant. If you have not yet applied for the grant, please do so - even if you have not confirmed your booking with us, it will be helpful to start familiarizing yourself with the AFA's grant application forms and application guidelines. However you MUST have a copy of all the documents in this section if you want your application to be successful. Links to documents that will be useful when teaching the play to your students.
